We provide a variety of mobile apps to users around the world. This page ("Terms and Conditions") lays down the terms conditions, licenses and restrictions for You while using Our Services.

When we say "Our Services", “The Apps” or “Our Apps,”, we’re talking about mobile apps developed, owned and provided by Us ("Himanshu Agrawal") while the term "You" refers to the user(s) of Our Apps. These terms shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

By using Our Apps, You confirm that you have understood the undermentioned points in the same meaning and sense as they're represented and You also accept to comply with this agreement.

• All Our Services are licensed to you either for free or against a nominal fee. These are NOT sold. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable and non-exclusive license to use Our Services to which you have access for your non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with this agreement.

• You may not access, copy, modify or distribute any of Our Service(s) or Content unless expressly authorised by Us or permitted by an applicable law. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract or otherwise use source code or other data from Our Services, unless expressly authorised by Us or permitted by an applicable law.

• We or Our licensors own and reserve all other rights, including all right, title and interest in Our Services (and Content) and associated intellectual property rights.


FURTHER RESTRICTIONS
• Your right to use Our Applications is limited to the license grant above and you may not otherwise copy, display, seek to disbale, distribute, perform, publish, modify, transfer, create works from, use Our App(s) or any component of it, except as expressly authorised by Us.

• Unless expressly allowed or authorised by Us, you are prohibited from making a copy of the App available on a network where it could be used by multiple users. You are prohibited from making Our Application available over a network where it could be downloaded by multiple users.
